HUMAN RESOURCE IMPLEMENTATIONS

Planning system of workpower and choosing staff:

Every year, the Armetal Management prepares its workpower plans and determiens any eventuall staff positions. Any foreign sources determined and budgedet in the workpower plan will form a cv pool. Appropriate candidates will be invited for interviews. The managers of the relevant department together with human resources
will decide upon the best suitable candidate. .

Performance Management System:

The aim of Performance Management System is continual improvment of Armetal’s structure, systems and performance of staff. The data resulting from performance management system will be basic sources for human resource process and
the planning of personnel and arrangements for future activities.

Career Management System:

As a result of the performance rating system it is decided to direct the person according to the performance points obtained. According to the direction results, the career of the staff member within the organization will be planned.

Wage Manegament System:

We prepare scales according to market researches regarding wage, staff members performance, experience, position and ability. All wage movements of the staff members will be done using these scales.

Educational System

At Armetal, development of individuals' skills is priority for improved business performance, adjustment to emerging conditions and the training of prospective management candidates for the company. In every year, Armetal ensures individual or collective educations during working hours, during off times to increasing the personnel ability.

Social Conditions

Food : During the shift periods we ensure three times food breaks that including 2 dinners and breakfast.

Company Service Vehicle : We ensure transportation service for the all employees to all locations..

Health : All staff members have a "personal accident insurance'' .

Social Aids : Social support like pocket money for wedding, birth, death, children support and holidays; food support, holiday pay, education support, etc.
